We aim to dispatch most orders within 1-2 weeks from when your order is placed. For orders containing robes, pyjamas, towels, spa slippers, or suitcase covers, we aim to dispatch within 2-3 weeks. PLEASE NOTE: It may take us longer to dispatch large orders. If you are looking to place a large order and would like a more accurate dispatch time, please get in touch.

Once your order has been made, you will receive an email stating your order has been made and will now be packed. We then aim to pack your order the next working day (Monday to Friday), and dispatch it the working day after that (Monday to Saturday). While this is our aim, it is not something we guarantee as we may occasionally need to replenish our packaging materials to pack your order. If this is the case, there will be an announcement on our Facebook group.

You can follow the updates of your order at any time by joining our Facebook group. Here we post regular updates using the 4 digit order number found in your order confirmation email.

The individual care needs for each item we offer depends on the personalisation method/base material used.

For hard items personalised with vinyl, we recommend a wipe down by hand if needed with a clean damp cloth, taking extra care around the design. Hard items should not be cleaned in a dishwasher.

For soft items personalised with vinyl or DTF we ask for them to be washed by hand only, with as little cleaning products as possible, and to be hung to dry.

Should you choose to clean your items outside of these instructions, you do so at your own risk of damaging them as the heat from dishwashers, washing machines, and tumble driers and the chemicals from harsh cleaning agents can destroy the adhesive and cause lifting, peeling, etc.

All orders are sent using the Royal Mail Tracked service. The delivery times shown below are advised by Royal Mail from when your order is dispatched and is not guaranteed. This does not include the time it takes to make your order.

Tracked 48: 2-3 working days.

Tracked 24: 1-2 working days.

Once your order has been packed and booked for collection with Royal Mail, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. If you receive an email stating your order has been dispatched but it doesn't contain any tracking information, your order hasn't been packed and booked in with Royal Mail just yet.
