PHOTO REQUIREMENTS: 

Uploaded photo size will need to be under 20mb. If you are having trouble uploading your photos please send them manually via email to avemour@gmail.com with the name on your order and the order number. Please select photos that are uncropped as much as possible as this gives us adequate space around the people in the photo to fit them into the frame. We will crop the photos into the shape (circle or square) needed ourselves. If your photo contains 2 or more people and you would like them all included, please make sure they are close together in the centre of the photo as much as possible with space around the outside. If you aren’t sure if your intended photos are suitable, please send us an email with the photos you’d like and we can advise. If your photo includes 2 or more people and you would only like 1 person on the cufflinks, please let us know in an email which person you want on the cufflinks. 

 

 

SHIPPING INFORMATION

All orders are sent using the Royal Mail Tracked service. The delivery times shown below are advised by Royal Mail from when your order is dispatched and is not guaranteed. This does not include the time it takes to make your order.

Tracked 48: 2-3 working days.

Tracked 24: 1-2 working days.

Once your order has been packed and booked for collection with Royal Mail, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. If you receive an email stating your order has been dispatched but it doesn't contain any tracking information, your order hasn't been packed and booked in with Royal Mail just yet.

DISPATCH INFORMATION

We aim to dispatch most orders within 1-2 weeks from when your order is placed. For orders containing robes, pyjamas, towels, spa slippers, or suitcase covers, we aim to dispatch within 2-3 weeks. PLEASE NOTE: It may take us longer to dispatch large orders. If you are looking to place a large order and would like a more accurate dispatch time, please get in touch.

Once your order has been made, you will receive an email stating your order has been made and will now be packed. We then aim to pack your order the next working day (Monday to Friday), and dispatch it the working day after that (Monday to Saturday). While this is our aim, it is not something we guarantee as we may occasionally need to replenish our packaging materials to pack your order. If this is the case, there will be an announcement on our Facebook group.

You can follow the updates of your order at any time by joining our Facebook group. Here we post regular updates using the 4 digit order number found in your order confirmation email.
