DESCRIPTION

Carry the memory of a loved one with you as you walk down the aisle with our Personalised Wedding Bouquet Charms. Designed to hold your chosen photo, these charms offer a heartfelt way to feel their presence on your special day.

Each charm is double-sided, allowing you to display the same photo on both sides or two different photos. Choose between a classic oval or sentimental heart shape to suit your style.

Attached to each photo charm is a delicate engraved metal piece bearing the meaningful words:

“Those we love don’t go away, they walk beside us every day.”

Please note: Please make sure the photo/s you request are suitable for the shape you order. For example, if ordering the heart shape please make sure there is enough space around the subject of the photo to fit a heart around them. 

DISPATCH INFORMATION

We aim to dispatch most orders within 2-3 weeks from when your order is placed. For orders containing robes, pyjamas, towels, spa slippers, or suitcase covers, we aim to dispatch within 3-4 weeks. PLEASE NOTE: It may take us longer to dispatch large orders. If you are looking to place a large order and would like a more accurate dispatch time, please get in touch.

Once your order has been made, you will receive an email stating your order has been made and will now be packed. We then aim to pack your order the next working day (Monday to Friday), and dispatch it the working day after that (Monday to Saturday). While this is our aim, it is not something we guarantee as we may occasionally need to replenish our packaging materials to pack your order. If this is the case, there will be an announcement on our Facebook group.

You can follow the updates of your order at any time by joining our Facebook group. Here we post regular updates using the 4 digit order number found in your order confirmation email.

PLEASE NOTE: We are closed 25th July - 4th August. No orders will be worked on during these dates.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

All orders are sent using the Royal Mail Tracked service. The delivery times shown below are advised by Royal Mail from when your order is dispatched and is not guaranteed. This does not include the time it takes to make your order.

Tracked 48: 2-3 working days.

Tracked 24: 1-2 working days.

Once your order has been packed and booked for collection with Royal Mail, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. If you receive an email stating your order has been dispatched but it doesn't contain any tracking information, your order hasn't been packed and booked in with Royal Mail just yet.

My favourite item. I ordered this on the off chance and wasn't expecting much. But when it arrived it had me in tears. The picture quality is lovely the verse is lovely. I lost my nan in 2003 and i know it will really make me feel like she is with me. X
